What the ticket includes
Every festival ticket gives access to all three stages while the ticket is valid: Main Stage outdoors, Error 404 at Ravintola Albatrossi and Tech Lab on the restaurant ship Toivo. Stage capacity may limit entry when a venue is full.
You can leave the area and come back during the same festival day as long as your wristband is intact. Your wristband and ID may be checked again.
Not all activities are included in the ticket. Experiences are not included in the festival ticket unless stated otherwise for that event. They have their own prices and their own tickets.
The festival area is 18+. A photo ID is required at the gate.
From ticket to wristband
How your ticket works at the gate. Wristband exchange is at the main gate from 14:00 on Saturday; the Friday start time will be announced later. We aim to arrange an advance exchange, and its place and time will be announced later.
- Bring your ticket (on your phone or printed) and a valid photo ID. With a student ticket, also your student card.
- Tickets are exchanged for wristbands at the festival main gate, Makasiininkatu 1. Two-day tickets have their own queue. Bags are checked at the same time.
- Keep the wristband intact for the whole festival. Lost or broken wristbands are not replaced.
- Leaving and re-entering is allowed during the same day. Your ID may be checked again.
Cancellations and refunds
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. A ticket can only be returned if the whole event is cancelled or moved to another date. In that case the return is made with Tiketti's return form, and the ticket price is refunded excluding Tiketti's order, service and delivery fees. A single artist cancelling or changes to the program or schedule do not entitle you to a refund. Event tickets have no 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law.
